SYNOPSIS

A group of actors arrives at a casting call led by an exacting and pretentious director obsessed with finding the one actress who can read an excerpt from Persona “properly.” As performer after performer steps into the room, the audition turns into a comedic parade of acting methods, personal anxieties, strange habits, and artistic delusions. What begins as a serious search for cinematic truth slowly collapses into a playful satire of actors, directors, and the myth of artistic purity.
